Alexander Lebeck is a conductor and sports therapist. He was the first to propose “conductor training” in his field. The idea is that even the most experienced conductors of the world have gaps in their way of conducting. With his training, he suggests that conductors will always need to keep on training as their physical shape is essential to their way of motion.

The University of Arts Berlin needed a demonstration video for their conducting master class, that would explain the work of the professors to future students and give an insight into the new approach. The video was used in various ways at physical conferences and online presentations.
